OZINT SECURITY began as a private protection and executive security firm, operating quietly behind the scenes in environments requiring discretion and precision. For years, our work focused on protecting families, principals, and sensitive operations through direct field response, intelligence assessment, and carefully coordinated protective services.

With a growing demand, alongside the active security concerns in the Toronto communities, our experience led to the creation of Overwatch™; a residential protection infrastructure built to apply professional protective standards to private communities.

MEET THE FOUNDER

‍Zohar Haimov is the founder of OZINT Security Group, bringing nearly two decades of experience in protective operations, intelligence coordination, and high-risk security environments into the firm’s disciplined, intelligence-led approach to modern protection.

His career began within Israel’s Police Border Special Forces, where he served in specialized operational units responsible for high-risk field operations and tactical security assignments. He later held senior security roles with the Israel Airport Authority, leading security operations for critical aviation infrastructure and overseeing comprehensive risk assessment, crisis response, and protective strategy development in one of the world’s most complex security environments.

Zohar also served as a Close Protection Officer under the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, directing protective operations for high-profile government officials and coordinating intelligence-driven security plans across public and private engagements. His experience further extends to embassy protection under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, and to leading international diplomatic and national delegations requiring precision planning, cross-agency coordination, and discreet protective oversight.
